Lives of the Artists issues 1–10 were produced in hard copy between 2002 and 2005. The first nine issues were edited, published and distributed by Elizabeth Pulie; issue 10 was guest-edited by The Wild Boys. These issues were digitised by UNSW Library in 2022.
